Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain optimal function after injuries or surgery. You will assess individuals, develop plans using PT techniques, and promote motion, pain relief, and daily living activities.

The role requires licensure as a Physical Therapist, CPR certification if required, and a degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in geriatric, neurological, or cardiac rehab is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Registration/State Licensure as required.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred; adult neurological and/or cardiac rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PT treatment plans to restore function.
• Educate patients on preventing recurrence and pain management.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise assistants to ensure quality care.
• Promote long-term health benefits through therapy and preventive strategies.
