Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and supervise CNAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians and other health professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
