Job summary

- Current NY LPN license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide residents with treatments and monitor outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
