Job summary
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Skilled Nursing facility in New York. The role supports geriatric residents, administers medications (including IVs), monitors vitals, and coordinates care with physicians and CNAs.

Qualifications
- Current NY LPN license.
- Experience in geriatric care preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
