Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield Township is seeking friendly server staff to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to residents. As a Server / Food Service Worker you will assist with meal selection, tray setup and delivery, and uphold dietary instructions.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, flexible scheduling, and daily pay options. Training is available; prior hospitality or server experience is desired, with a strong smile and teamwork mindset valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or as a server is preferred; training available for passionate candidates.
• Must be able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory and ordering.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, excellent service to residents and patients.
• Assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery and removal of food trays.
• Maintain compliance with patient dietary instructions under clinical dietitian guidance.
• Assist in kitchen duties including plating, cafe setup/tear-down, and sanitation.
• Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
