Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield Township is seeking friendly server staff to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to residents. As a Server / Food Service Worker you will assist with meal selection, tray setup and delivery, and uphold dietary instructions.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, flexible scheduling, and daily pay options. Training is available; prior hospitality or server experience is desired, with a strong smile and teamwork mindset valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or as a server is preferred; training available for passionate candidates.
• Must be able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory and ordering.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks and drug screening.

Metz Culinary Management is seeking hospitality-driven individuals to join our team at Regina Health Center. We are a family-driven company that collaborates with partners to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to every guest.

Position Overview

We are looking for "Rock Star" team members who share our passion for food and service. As a server, you will ensure residents receive amazing meals with unexpected service and smiles.

• Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
• Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Location: Regina Health Center
• Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, amazing service to patients and residents.
• Assist with meal selection, tray set-up, delivery, and removal of food trays.
• Maintain compliance with patient dietary instructions under the guidance of clinical dietitian staff.
• Assist in kitchen duties including plating, cafe set-up/tear-down, and sanitation.
• Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Schedule & Availability

We offer flexible schedules to meet our operational needs:

• Shift Rotations: Includes Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
• Weekend Availability: Rotational weekend shifts are required.
• Flexibility: Full-time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) positions are available.

• Attitude: A strong work ethic and a smile are required.

Culinary Team Members:Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry.In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, orassist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment

Line and Prep Cooks:Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus.Ability to inventory and portion ingredients.Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.

Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service):Our Team of Dietary Aids ensure our patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles! Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff, our Dietary Aids ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Our servers assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
