Job summary

Dacotah Bank's 10-12 week internship program, DacotahGrown, runs May through August. Participants will experience all aspects of banking—from financing farms to assisting small businesses—and learn how departments collaborate to serve customers.

Interns will engage in special projects, build relationships with customers, and prepare and present their internship experience to management. Housing is 100% paid, travel expenses are covered, and additional perks are offered.

Job SummaryDacotahGrown is a 10-12 week internship program beginning in May and ending in August. In this program, the students will experience all aspects of banking; from financing the farm to working with small businesses. They will learn to build relationships and the unique needs of Dacotah Bank. Witness how departments work together to ensure a successful organization. Learn the importance of customer service and how to build trustworthy relationships with our customers. Special projects and time with areas of interest are arranged throughout the internship program. We offer competitive compensation, 100% paid housing, paid travel expenses, and additional perks.
