As an Account Manager DACH at Tektronix, you will identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and actively contribute to growth across the DACH region. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with a sales-driven mindset and collaborate closely with internal teams in engineering, marketing, and product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing system integrators and acquire new partners across the DACH region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the product segment
  • Work closely with technical specialists to create tailored customer solutions
  • Deliver on-site product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
  • Utilize CRM systems for planning, tracking, and reporting of sales activities
  • Travel approximately 70% within the DACH region to maintain close customer relationships

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Several years of experience in technical direct sales, ideally in the field of test and measurement technology
  • Strong understanding of electronic measurement and testing solutions and their industrial applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor at all levels
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, structured and results-oriented work style
  • Fluent in German and very good command of English
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%)
