Job summary

Randstad Staffing seeks a Director, Corporate Affairs – DACH (m/f/d) to lead strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland from Eschborn HQ with a flexible hybrid work model.

You will translate Randstad’s Partner for Talent framework into a market-leading corporate affairs plan, advising the regional leadership, driving stakeholder engagement, policy monitoring and change management while mentoring senior talent.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or brand roles.
• 5–7 years minimum in a designated leadership position.
• Experience leading regional corporate affairs in the DACH region is preferred.
