Job summary

Snorkel AI is seeking a DaaS Finance Manager to partner with Sales, Delivery Ops and RevOps, driving insights on pricing, delivery costs, and ARR. You will build models, forecast outcomes, and tell leadership what actions to take based on data.

You will own revenue models, staffing plans, and capex to ensure margins and on-time delivery while automating recurring processes and supporting leadership with clear analyses.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A, product or business finance, deal desk, or strategic finance.
• Hands-on ownership of a revenue forecast and a unit-economics or pricing model.
• Fluency in gross margin, cost-to-serve, and how pricing affects revenue.
• Experience with services or labor-based delivery economics: utilization and headcount.
• Strong spreadsheet modeling and SQL; comfortable pulling data from CRM/data warehouse.
• Clear executive communication and ability to write concise summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue model and forecast with RevOps.
• Maintain bookings, acceptance-based revenue and ARR by deal; plan scenarios.
• Partner with RevOps on weekly revenue and ARR forecast and leadership deck.
• Reconcile field commitments with finance view; quantify risks and swings.
• Build capacity model and staffing plans; track delivery pacing.
• Automate recurring models and support board/investor content.
