Job summary

Collabera in Sugar Land, TX seeks a D365 Support Analyst to provide first and second line functional support for Dynamics 365 modules and manage ticket triage in the ESS queue. You will perform admin tasks, aid environment promotions, and deliver end-user training across business units.

The role requires 3+ years in application support or ERP/CRM admin, plus hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical background. This is a 12-month+ contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in application support, business/systems analysis, or ERP/CRM administration.
• 1+ year hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE) or a comparable ERP/CRM platform.
• Tier 2/3 functional support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and second line of functional support for D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement users, triaging incoming tickets and service requests through the ESS support queue.
• Perform routine system administration tasks including security role assignment, user provisioning and deprovisioning, and access reviews aligned with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles
• Assist with environment refreshes, sandbox-to-production promotions, and validation activities in partnership with technical teams.
• Deliver targeted refresher training and hands‑on coaching to end users, super users, and new joiners across supported business units.

Day to Day
