Job description

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with deep expertise in both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate brings a strong technical and functional background, along with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, guiding design decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of D365 F&O and CE modules within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the architecture, design, and deployment of integrated D365 F&O and D365 CE solutions.
• Works closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Provides thought leadership on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, and customization.
• Oversees data migration, system configuration, and interface design between D365 F&O and CE, as well as external systems.
• Ensures alignment of technical solutions with business goals, compliance standards, and performance requirements.
• Mentors technical teams, reviews code and configurations, and provides quality assurance for solution delivery.
• Collaborates with project managers to define timelines, risks, and resource planning.
• Supports pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics platforms, including at least 4 years in solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and D365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE).
• Strong knowledge of X++, C#/.NET, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, development, testing, and go-live.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, and business process flows.
• Experience integrating D365 modules with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications such as MB-600 (Dynamics 365 Solution Architect), MB-500, MB-300, and MB-210.
• Experience with industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, or professional services.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
