Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end D365 Supply Chain Management implementation and rollout. The role requires strong project management and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful ERP outcomes.

• Proficiency and experience in project management activities, including: high-level project plan preparation for stakeholders; detailed project planning, including dependencies and teams involved; executing the project according to the detailed plan and identifying risks and mitigation actions; ensuring coordination among cross-functional teams such as development, onsite, business analysis, and testing; ensuring coordination with infrastructure, project management, security, business, and IT stakeholder teams to execute the project; conducting weekly status meetings with project stakeholders; conducting monthly steering committee meetings with project sponsors and delivery leadership; ensuring weekly project status reporting; working with business process owners, subject matter experts, operations teams, warehouse managers, planners, production teams, and IT leadership; facilitating workshops, design reviews, and issue-resolution sessions; communicating project status, risks, and mitig
