Job summary

Jennmar Services in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Analyst to optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 SCM, strong procurement and inventory knowledge, and the ability to translate requirements into functional solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders, configure D365 SCM modules, and develop reports and KPIs to drive operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
Experience with ERP implementation, testing, and production support.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
Serve as a functional SME for D365 SCM and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain operations.
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and system upgrades.
