Zusammenfassung

MEI Rigging & Crating is seeking an Accounting Systems Administrator to manage D365 Finance & Operations and related financial systems. You’ll own administration, security, data integrity, and the integration stack with Medius, Avatax, and Concur.

You will support data extraction, reporting, and process improvements, partnering with IT and accounting to ensure accurate financial closes and compliant controls.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent in information technology.
• Minimum four years experience as Network Administrator or comparable field.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation of systems and procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively support, train, and communicate with users of varying technical skill levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding all financial records, system access details, and proprietary information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Medius experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Requires previous experience as a Network Specialist and broad technical knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of complex user problems.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications, and intermediate level of utilizing SQL commands to generate reporting.

Aufgaben

• Administer, maintain D365 Finance & Operations and related financial systems.
• Administer, maintain QuickBooks Server & Database.
• Manage user access, workflows, security roles, and financial configurations.
• Support integrations with Medius, Avatax, Concur, portals, banking systems, and internal applications.
• Setup new locations and acquisitions in D365 or Lead financial systems integration activities for acquisitions, new entities, and organizational expansions.
• Setup new user groups and locations in Medius.
• Setup new users and locations in Concur.
• Troubleshoot posting issues, workflow delays, batch job failures, tax calculation errors, and data inconsistencies.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
