• Sustain the design standards for the domain and evaluate modification requests.
• Collaborate with external vendors/partners to optimize the technical landscape.
• Document designs and testing procedures; assist users with testing and adoption of process improvements.
• Provide support for ERP upgrades, rollout, and continuous process improvements.
