Job summary

Jackson James is seeking a D365 F&O Project Coordinator who has the ambition to grow into a Project Manager role. You’ll support ERP project delivery, collaborate with leadership, and help shape project management frameworks as the organization scales.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, timelines, resources, and governance, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and own client relationships over time.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting ERP projects.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement.
• Ambitious to progress into a Project Manager role.
• D365 F&O project experience desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of D365 F&O implementation and transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Developers and client stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, RAID logs, status reporting and governance.
• Help develop and build out project management frameworks, methodologies and processes.
• Contribute to creating consistent project governance, templates, reporting and delivery standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve how D365 F&O and D365 Business Central projects are planned, managed and delivered.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility for project delivery.
• Develop into a Project Manager, taking ownership of projects and client relationships.
