Job summary

Hotwire Communications seeks a Finance F&O functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, owning Accounting, Accounts Payable, and related finance processes. You will guide ERP transitions, upgrades, releases, and enhancements to drive system-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements across Accounting, AP, Finance, and Purchasing, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to implement automated controls and efficient

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
10+ years experience in Accounting/Finance organizations.
3–5+ years in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional role with hands-on implementations.
Strong change management and stakeholder leadership capabilities.
Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead D365 F&O functional ownership for Finance & AP modules.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from Accounting, AP, Finance, and Purchasing stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and control enhancements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during ERP transitions, upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
