Responsibilities:

• Participate in multiple engagements and in all phases of implementation
• Advance to become a functional lead on projects
• Assist in the preparation of business requirements and system design
• Ability to work with technical team members to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
• Participate in software configuration, testing, training, deployment and support
• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support
• Maintain client relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Become proficient in assigned products
• Ensure quality assurance measures

Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience implementing and using D365 Finance or a comparable mid-market ERP system
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
• Knowledge of major business life-cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and production
• Experience with ISV solutions for D365 Finance or Dynamics AX
• Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred
• Desire to learn new systems and processes
• Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to develop client and team relationships in-person and remotely
• Possess time management skills
