Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business expands across new locations and acquisitions.

You will lead the people, priorities, partners, and releases that keep the ERP platform performing and ensure successful onboarding of new operations. You will direct ERP analysts and developers, collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, and drive change management, testing, and training to achieve

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with D365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams and developing people.
• Successful delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners and coordinating integrations.
• Comfort with change management, testing, access controls, and executive-level stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and projects.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration and process improvements.
• Prioritize ERP backlog and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations, and go-lives with hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations and partner with BI/Data teams for data quality and reporting.
• Manage partners against scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, access controls, and incident response metrics.
