Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to govern the Cat Converge Suite deployments across dealers. You will ensure SI partners deliver with Caterpillar standards, manage end-to-end deployment lifecycles, and guide data migration and integration decisions.
You will collaborate with dealers, SIs, and Caterpillar product teams, resolving risks and accelerating issue resolution in complex ERP deployments. Strong D365 expertise is required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading deployments of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CE.
- Strong governance of SI relationships in large ERP projects.
- Hands-on data migration strategy, validation, and cutover activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance and oversight of SI execution to ensure method and playbooks are followed.
- Serve as primary deployment lead for assigned dealers across end-to-end lifecycle.
- Identify risks and drive resolution with product, engineering, and deployment teams.
- Provide technical and functional guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O and CE to align solutions.
- Oversee data migration readiness and validate data integrity for go-live.
- Review designs, configurations, and integrations to maintain standards.
- Communicate status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
