ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a D365 CRM Technical Lead to join a Dynamics 365 support team in Atlanta, GA, with additional locations in Atlanta, Chicago, or Vienna.

The role focuses on leading the design and implementation of CRM solutions, driving workshops, and coordinating data migration and reporting using SSRS and Power BI. The successful candidate will bring 12–14 years of Dynamics 365 CE experience, strong technical and client-facing skills, and leadership capability to guide

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of Dynamics 365 CE experience with strong technical and client-facing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Service and other MS Dynamics 365 products.
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and MS Data Factory.
• Proficiency in REST, ODATA WebAPI, SSIS, and Azure services like Functions and Service Bus.
• Strong leadership with experience leading workshops, solution delivery, and pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales and Service modules.
• Facilitate detailed technical workshops to gather requirements and support architecture development.
• Support construction, deployment, and integration of CRM components within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
• Develop and support scalable, highly available Dynamics 365 architecture in both online and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration, integration, and reporting using tools like SSRS and Power BI.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a D365 CRM Technical Lead to join their team. As a D365 CRM Technical Lead, you will be part of the Dynamics 365 support team, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Location: Atlanta, GA (other Location: Atlanta, Chicago or Vienna) ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Pay Rate: 60-65

What's the Job?
