MCA Connect is a leading Microsoft partner helping manufacturers unlock innovation through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role focuses on capturing business requirements and configuring D365 CE and the Power Platform to meet client needs.

The candidate will support testing, training, UAT, and go-live while tracking requirements, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across client environments. A strong background in D365 modules and Dataverse is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, security, and reporting.
