MCA Connect is seeking a D365 CE Functional Consultant to work remotely in the United States. You will gather requirements, document processes, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and support testing and training while guiding junior resources. Senior consultants will own defined workstreams with limited oversight.

The role emphasizes CRM/CX solutions adoption, collaboration with clients, and contributing to successful project outcomes in a remote, flexible environment.

Description

The D365 CE Functional Consultant gathers requirements, documents business processes, configures Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, supports testing and training, and helps clients adopt practical CRM/CX solutions. Senior-level consultants are expected to own defined workstreams with limited oversight and guide junior resources where appropriate.

Core responsibilities

Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements, current-state process issues, future-state process needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions.
