Job summary

JourneyTeam is seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Central Operations with a focus on Warehousing, Shipping, and Manufacturing. You will gather business requirements, lead workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust BC solutions for customers.

In this role you’ll drive end-to-end implementations, translate needs into functional designs, and guide projects from discovery through deployment and ongoing operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) Operations.
• Experience with Warehousing, Shipping and Manufacturing modules.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Experience leading workshops and designing solution roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for complex implementations.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee D365 BC Warehousing, Shipping, and Manufacturing functionality projects.
• Lead workshops and design solution roadmaps with customers and teams.
• Analyze requirements and map business processes to system design.
• Configure ERP solutions to customer processes and integrations.
• Prepare test cases, run testing, and train users post go-live.
• Create design, release, and support documentation.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices and are maintainable.
• Research and apply modern D365 BC Operations trends.
• Collaborate across functional and technical teams.
• Travel when required, about once per quarter.
• Provide ongoing operation support after go-live.
