Job summary

JourneyTeam seeks a Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Central Operations to lead customer implementations within our ERP & AI Practice. You will gather requirements, oversee projects, and guide delivery teams from discovery through go-live.

In this role you will design end-to-end processes for warehousing, shipping, and manufacturing, translate business needs into functional designs, and ensure solutions meet performance and supportability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent consulting experience with 5+ years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) Operations.
• Experience implementing BC/ERP in manufacturing or supply chain contexts; end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to map As-Is to To-Be processes and translate requirements into functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee customer projects across Dynamics 365 BC Operations, focusing on warehousing, shipping, and manufacturing modules.
• Facilitate workshops, design roadmaps, and evaluate trade-offs between business needs and technical options.
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications and ensure alignment with JourneyTeam standards and performance targets.
• Prepare design documentation, test plans, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and customers, ensuring successful adoption and operation.
