This program offers support in learning life and leisure skills, personal care, and community integration, as outlined in each person's individualized plan.
The DSP Shift Lead position reports to the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). This role is responsible for leading the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) on each shift. The Shift Lead is required to complete ABC data and finalize the shift checklist at the end of every shift.
