Job summary

ETS in Vermont is seeking a Production Technician for an in-person role with a pay range of $20.95-$24.00 per hour. Day and night shifts are available, with 12-hour shifts.

You will operate high-speed production and packaging equipment and maintain a safe, healthy work environment. You will support quality systems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while engaging in problem-solving to resolve line issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn mechanical processes and equipment operation.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and production software.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
