• Identify opportunities to reduce non-value-added activities and optimize working capital.
• Ensure on-time delivery with high manufacturing and supplier quality performance.
• Oversee manufacturing subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build organizational capability and engagement.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing production budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
