Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Process Manager to optimize production processes, drive Lean initiatives, and support delivery of world-class products.

You will develop scalable processes, collaborate across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, lead Lean and continuous improvement, and use data-driven methods to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Qualifications

• A technical engineering Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, validation and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and production data to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision making.
• Support process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in equipment installation, technology upgrades, and manufacturing startup projects.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams.
• Support new product introductions by developing robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
