Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety protocols and SOPs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform manual tasks as required.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to document shifts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate highly automated process systems and monitor performance.
• Follow SOPs, perform routine lab analyses, and collect process samples.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist engineers/maintenance as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of shift activities and process conditions.
• Work weekends/holidays in a 365/24/7 plant environment.
