Job summary

Lescombes Family Vineyards in Albuquerque, NM is seeking experienced line cooks to join our culinary team. You will cook, prep, receive, and organize food, working closely with all back-of-house staff to maintain guest experience; reports to Kitchen Manager and operates grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens and other equipment.

We are looking for experienced line cook candidates to join our culinary team.

The line cooks are vital members of the kitchen team who will work closely with all other positions in the back-of-house operations to cook, receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper back-of-house operations for the continuity of the guest experience. The line cook reports to the Kitchen Manager and operates grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen cooking equipment.
