APTIM Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Decontamination and Decommissioning activities at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in support of Naval Reactors. You will coordinate project tasks, maintain PODs, and provide admin support to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, working closely with site and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• This position requires 3-5 years of experience on large, complex projects with radioactive and/or hazardous waste handling.
• Naval Reactors Program experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen; no dual citizenship.
• Must have Real ID to gain site access and DOE L security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the daily Plan of the Day (POD) and track open items.
• Provide administrative project support including document control and reporting.
• Serve as Government Property Administrator and manage government-furnished assets.
• Preliminary planning with Operations and Engineering to scope tasks and cost estimates.
• Interface with APTIM/customer issues such as LOTO and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Buyer planning personnel for material and schedule alignment.
• Oversee task planning, preparations, execution, and closeout documentation.
• Oversee project procurement activities.
