Job summary

NES Fircroft in Houston seeks a Drilling & Completions Technician to support onshore oilfield operations. You will work across teams to improve drilling and completions performance and maintain the operations reporting database.

You will perform daily QA/QC on field data, manage critical performance data across systems, and provide data-driven insights to the D&C teams to meet timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the US onshore market.
• Well-versed in drilling and/or completions operations.
• Experience utilizing well reporting software.
• Good analytical, computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Drilling & CompletionsTechnicianworks across various teams to support the overall drilling and completions performance for company.
• TheTechnicianmaintains the operations reporting database, ensures quality of daily operational reports, maintains critical performance data, & organizes the data in multiple systems for analysis.
• Proactively perform daily QA/QC checks and validation on field data to ensure accuracy.
• Industry Benchmarking with data comparison tools
• Provides additional support to the Drilling & Completions teams as required.
• Strong understanding of AFE packages, operations procedures, and other support documents
• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets for ad hoc projects
• Regularly communicate withD&Cteam regarding project objectives, established timelines, & status updates
