Job summary

LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting AI language project. We’re looking for a native English speaker (US locale) with experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming and access to a home recording setup.

Ideal candidates are friendly, empathetic, and capable of delivering clear, natural speech with a comfortable pace. You’ll work as an independent contractor, choose your schedule, and may be asked to test and license your voice for AI

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.

Responsibilities

• Record voice samples and demos.
• Follow project specifications, including volume, file naming, and formats.
• Meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• License vocal output for AI training when required.
• Collaborate with production teams as needed.
