- Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients on cybersecurity inquiries.
- Monitor threats and provide real-time digital security assistance.
- Resolve challenges related to software protection and data privacy.
- Coordinate with internal IT security teams to track vulnerabilities.
- Educate users on security best practices to prevent phishing.
- Document security incidents and client interactions in the CRM.
- Contribute to the improvement of security software performance.
