Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent based in Greece. You will handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering remote support with full training provided. A relocation package is offered for eligible candidates living abroad.

Applicants must hold a Czech language level of C1/C2 and strong English skills, and must have an EU passport. Relocation assistance is available for successful candidates living outside Greece.

Qualifications

• Czech language level C1/C2, both written and verbal, plus a high level of English.
