Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CT (ASCP) or SCT (ASCP) certification before start date.
• Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Must show US degree equivalency for international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Screen and report negative gynecological and non-gynecological cytology cases; identify and refer abnormal cases to pathologists.
• Assist in training and evaluation of cytotechnology students.
• Support other lab activities such as digital image analysis, FISH, tissue review, and on-site adequacy evaluation for FNA.
