Responsibilities
- Triage cytology specimens (gross and accession).
- Process gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens using processing and staining techniques.
- Provide technical liaison support for cytology lab inquiries.
- Support specimen send-outs by completing patient sample requests.
- Maintain a clean station; assist with inventory, logs, equipment and issue troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with outreach and customer service to resolve specimen receipt issues.
