Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Cytology Tech to join its team supporting pathologists with slide preparation, staining, and rapid on-site evaluation. Completion of a cytology/cytotechnology program and strong quality focus are required.

Candidates with 3+ years of experience, good English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting are preferred. In this full-time role, schedule is 8:00 am–4:30 pm with competitive pay and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cytology or cytotechnologist program.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Certification or licensure per state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform microscopic evaluation and reporting of cytology specimens.
• Prepare and stain slides; assist pathologists as needed.
• Ensure quality control and proper handling of specimens.
