The position emphasizes analysis and interpretation of karyotyping, FISH, microarray, and OGM across oncologic, prenatal, and postnatal samples, in an academic setting.

Candidates should hold MD/DO or PhD with ABMGG certification or eligibility, with priority to those with cytogenetic

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO and/or PhD with ABMGG certification or eligibility in LGG or Cytogenetics.
• Experience in cytogenetic testing of oncology specimens is preferred.
• Interest in development of new molecular/cytogenetic tests such as Optical Genome Mapping.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and interpret results; prepare and review final reports for karyotyping, FISH, microarray, and OGM.
• Assist Medical Director in supervision and administration of cytogenetics operations.
• Develop and validate in-house assays for oncology applications.
