Cypress Automation Testing with Typescript (Remote)

This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in test automation development using Cypress and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks with Cypress and TypeScript.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions.
• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve testing coverage.
• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality.
• Continuously optimize automation processes and tools.

Work Authorization

Compensation and Benefits

Applications are accepted until March 24, 2025. The annual salary ranges from $53,477 to $92,500, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program.
