The DHA Cyber Operations Center (CyOC) Operations Action Officer / Event Response Coordinator at KBR serves as a primary point of contact for Defense Health Agency customers and stakeholders requiring cybersecurity assistance, while coordinating the monitoring, tracking, reporting, and resolution of cybersecurity incidents affecting DHA mission-relevant cyber terrain.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, stakeholder management or customer support.
• Certifications: DoW 8570 IAT Level II preferred; SOC experience appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial contact for DHA customers seeking cybersecurity assistance and provide guidance.
• Assist with daily CyOC operations, monitor security tools, analyze events, and support incident response.
• Identify incidents, contribute to SOPs and knowledge base, and suggest process improvements.
