Job summary

General Air Service & Supply is hiring a Cylinder Test Technician in Commerce City, Colorado. The role supports production by testing gas and liquid containers, labeling, and maintaining testing SOPs to ensure product readiness for delivery.

A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive benefits. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), be comfortable handling hazardous materials, and possess basic mechanical and computer literacy skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Class 2 non-destructive tester.
• Ability to handle hazardous materials.
• Forklift operation experience is preferred.
• Strong safety focus and regulatory awareness.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and interpret the results of the UE tester.
• Inspect and maintain gas and liquid containers for testing.
• Mark and identify cylinders and tanks.
• Safely operate a forklift; loading, unloading, and transporting.
• Ensure protection caps are secured and cylinders are labeled.
• Document and follow all SOPs for testing.
