You will count cylinders, verify lot numbers, inspect for defects, and maintain filling records while ensuring proper calibration and documentation. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good written and customer service skills.
• Basic computer ability required.
• Forklift training and experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand DOT/FDA paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move weights up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Count incoming cylinders and verify lot numbers; load/unload trucks.
• Inspect returned cylinders for surface defects and quarantine defective units.
• Ensure proper calibration of equipment and maintain records.
• Safely operate forklift and hand truck for material movement.
• Fill cylinders per guidelines and complete pre-fill and post-fill inspections.
