Airgas is seeking a Production Associate (Cylinder Loader) in Billerica, MA for the 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm). The role involves loading/unloading cylinders, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Prior experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform unit conversions and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload high‑pressure and liquid cylinders on/off trucks following Airgas procedures.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspect cylinders for defects and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain accurate records of cylinder types and quantities.
• Prepare cylinders for reuse by removing old labels and cleaning.
