Job summary

RAYMOND MARTIN DATA SYSTEMS is seeking a shop technician in Baton Rouge, LA to support cylinder blasting, painting, and assembly tasks. The role requires handling cylinders, moving them between workstations, and performing daily upkeep while assisting Cylinder Technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of basic hand and power tool operation.
• Must be able to interpret and follow written instructions well.
• Must be able to complete paperwork and forms required in support of operations.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Shop Supervisor
• Blasting Cylinders
• Painting Cylinders
• Breakdown and Build Cylinder Clusters
• General Shop Upkeep & Cleaning
• Moving cylinders between workstations
• Forklift Operation & Daily Maintenance Check
• Supports various Cylinder Technicians as required
