Airgas USA, LLC is seeking a Production Associate (Cylinder Loader) in Cheshire, CT. You will load and unload cylinders, inspect for defects, and maintain accurate records while following safety standards and using warehouse equipment such as a forklift.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude. Prior ERP experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload high‑pressure and liquid cylinders on/off trucks per regulations.
• Follow safety standards for cylinder gases and Airgas procedures.
• Inspect cylinders prior to filling and ensure safety benchmarks.
• Identify cylinder contents via labels and color codes.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure secure loading/unloading and accurate records of cylinders.
