Job summary

A-Gas in the Americas is hiring for a Material Handling Operator at our North Ft. Worth warehouse in Rhome, TX. The role involves checking in and inspecting compressed gas cylinders, maintaining records, and safely operating refurbishing equipment on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with overtime and benefits. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, attention to detail, and willingness to work at least 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to receive, inspect, and certify cylinders.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and inspect compressed gas cylinders.
• Accurately maintain cylinder records and enter data into the cylinder tracking system (Data Entry).
• Safely operate equipment for refurbishing, painting, decanting, or refilling cylinders.
• Ability to drive and operate a forklift, or pallet jack.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
