Job summary

Airgas in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Loader 2nd Shift. He/she will operate a forklift to move cylinders, load routes, and sort inventory, with a focus on safety and accuracy. The role supports loading and unloading trucks and requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work with standard documentation.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, a 12:30 pm–9:00 pm schedule, and opportunities for overtime. Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Regularly lift up to 60 pounds, occasionally 125 pounds with assistance.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship
• Able to read and understand written and computer-generated documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and move products and cylinders.
• Sort cylinders to ensure proper segregation.
• Deliver empty pallets to the plant for filling.
• Load delivery trucks and support loading activities.
